Sales Up In California As Buyers Take Advantage Of Sharp Price Declines

The AP reported yesterday that California home sales in August were up significantly from August 2007, as median home prices dropped more than 35 percent. The drastic price reductions in California (largely due to foreclosures) are attracting buyers.
