To date we are proud to have had the highest priced sale in Lake Tahoe for 2008 offered at $32,500,000. In 2007, there were 10 sales over $10 million. The luxury market attacts a very special crowd at Lake Tahoe. Many looking to Nevada for favorable tax advantages. Moving into summer we will see an increase in sales based on the showing activity we are now experiencing. Our prices are very competitive and with the weaker dollar, foreign buyers may just find out what paradise really is like at 6,500 feet.
