The Wall Street Journal reported recently that Donald Trump turned down a $90 million offer for his Pam Beach mansion, which is one of the most expensive listings in the country at $125 million.  Trump bought the estate, which has 575 feet of direct ocean frontage, for $41.35 million in a bankruptcy auction a couple of years ago.  It has undergone extension renovations.  Here’s a link to the WSJ report:
