Listed for $115 million, according to Orvis/Cushman & Wakefield Ranch and Recreational Properties (http://www.orviscw.com), the ranch not only has a working cattle operation, but a 8,200-foot lighted airstrip, its own zip code and a casino, but a storied history playing host to Hollywood legends like Clark Gable and Roy Rogers. I guess the only question now is, what’s next?
